The person who invested in a renovation/improvement of energy efficiency is entitled to a premium. If you make the investment as a tenant, you will be entitled to a premium.

Premiums are not granted for new constructions. However, you may submit a premium application if you improve energy efficiency after your home has been completed and after you have moved in.

No, the amount of the premium only depends on the planned works, the situation before and after the works. However, the amount of the premium may not exceed the amount invested in the works.

The co-owners’ association can obtain a premium in the context of renovation works. The premium will be allocated by the co-owners’ property manager in proportion to the one-thousandths. 

On enoprimes.lu, you will find a list of all artisan-partners who have signed up for the enoprimes programme. Those companies will submit the premium application for you and will carry out all formalities so that you can obtain a premium.

For all works, the respective artisan-partners submit a premium application. Therefore, you will receive a premium offer for each measure and you will be able to evaluate all the works separately. The different premiums will be paid to you upon completion of the works and once the artisans have finalised the applications.

The artisan-partner will submit all required documents. We will inform them of any missing documents to enable them to complete the application as quick as possible. Please contact your artisan-partner to check whether your application is complete.

The premium application will be validated once the artisan-partner has submitted all required documents and the enoprimes team has checked and validated the supporting documents sent with the application. From that time, the premium will be paid within 3 to 4 weeks.

• a copy of the estimate for the works;
