The enoprimes partners receive training for the purpose of managing their customers’ applications and must comply with the procedures defined under the Energy Efficiency Directive. Every artisan entitled to carry out works in Luxembourg may become an enoprimes partner.
No, there is no obligation as regards being or becoming a customer of the energy provider offering the enoprimes premiums.
The energy saving achieved is calculated using a calculation method defined by the Ministry of Economy for standard measurements. The amount of the premium is directly linked to the energy saving.
Yes, you can obtain enoprimes premiums for works carried out in your secondary residence provided that it is located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The amount of the invoice does not have a direct impact on the amount of the premium. However, the premium may not exceed the total amount of the investment.
No, the premiums are not capped. The energy saving achieved determines the amount of the premium. The higher the energy savings, the higher the premium.

Yes, you can also apply for State or municipal assistance, even if you have already obtained an enoprimes premium. The various types of assistance can be combined.
A single project in a given housing may only receive one enoprimes premium. If, however, you improve the energy efficiency of the same project, you can once again submit an enoprimes application, given that energy savings will likely be achieved as a result of the improvement.
enoprimes is the subsidy programme set up by Enovos to meet the obligations contained in the European Energy Efficiency Directive. With enoprimes, renovation and energy efficiency improvement works are subsidised.
